The aim of this research is to investigate the establishment of Halal brand, trade and markets in Brunei Darussalam and how the three variables contribute towards the economy of Brunei Darussalam. Countries across the globe, Muslim and non-Muslim alike, have boosted income from food exports by joining a growing consumer market force particularly Muslim and those who need extra guarantees on food safety and quality products. This has made the establishments of Halal branding, market and trading possible for countries across the globe like Brunei Darussalam in particular and hence fighting for the best Halal is the new healthy challenge in the market. The researcher follows the inductive and analytical approach to reach the objective of this research. By inductive the researcher will be able to evaluate the misunderstanding of Halal label and brand. Whereas, by analytical approach, the researcher will be able to identify the differences between the Brunei Halal Label and Brunei Halal Branding and furthermore expects to help improve understandings on the particular issue.en_US
