The focus of this discussion in this study is on "The method of action of the government towards the people are dependent on the welfare" (This method is used as a legal reference). This study is one of the method of Fiqh. By using this method, it is required to follow the interests of society at large. The writing methodology that I use in this study is by referring to the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, the books of Qawaid Fiqhiyyah, the books of Siasah Syariah and the information related to this study. For this is a method that occupies a great sense of urgency, and a high level between the rest of the topics of jurisprudence, given what they represent and the practical rulings they imply through which the logic of Islamic legislation emerges, and the depth of the Islamic intent represented by the issues and parts that fall under it and include its overall concept. The writing methodology that I use in this study is to document the Qur’an verses contained in the research from the Noble Qur’an. Then output the hadiths from the sources of the Prophet’s Sunnah, and it must be pointed out that if the hadith is present in the two Sahihs, or in one of them, it suffices to mention that as a notification of the authenticity of the hadith.en_US
