dc.description.abstractAllah Ta'ala has set the law for human beings and obligates them to hold fast to His guidance so that they succeed in this world and in the hereafter. the action set by Islam must be done in the right way in order to achieve maslahah set by the syara '. If a person does it in accordance with Islamic law, then his good deeds are accepted and maslahat set by syara’ are achieved. If it is not in accordance with the prescribed syara’, then the purpose of the maslahah will not be fulfilled, and is not right according to the law. Allah has set the principles that are considered right or wrong of an action, and on that basis the scholars formulate criteria for judging the right or wrong of an action. This study seeks to clarify the standards set by scholars and their application in matters of worship. This study uses a descriptive method of analysis. This study concludes the need to observe the standards of "sihhah and buthlan" in order for human behavior to achieve goals in accordance with Islamic law.en_US
