Abstract

In this study, the debater will describe about the legal controls for investment. The author will explain an understanding of legal and investment controls, their importance and benefits. The researcher also followed the steps that have been set up from the outset, namely by collecting information, quality and quantitative approach, and comparison of reading many books and research before. The researcher also refers to books that are available in Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University. Hopefully, from reading this research it could provide benefits and contribution to anyone, whether there are students from any level, especially the college student of Brunei, more so student of Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University. Apart from that, this research can be used as reference for those who want to study on any related topics.
