dc.description.abstractThis research aims to identify the provisions Al-Ahkam Al-Syari’ah of the human milk from the perspective of Islamic researchers and its implementation in today’s world. Human milk is a complex and dynamic fluid that has evolved to meet the nutritional needs of the infant. With that, this research discusses the understanding of Islamic Sharia views and human milk. This research also discusses to some extent the laws revolving around human milk and its benefits, and it contains three chapters; Understanding better of human and milk, Sharia laws related to breastfeeding and sharia laws related to milk banks. Whereas the outcome is based on book reviews and with that, we will be able to identify how the provisions is implemented in today’s so-called modern world. Note that the facts stated are encompassing comprehensively not only focused on one mazhab.en_US
