Abstract

Marriage is an established agreement between a man and a woman to live side by side, and assigns rights and obligations to each. Many verses are mentioned in the Qur'an that mention the legalization of marriage according to the requirements of nature. In this research seeks to reach a shariah ruling on these issues, and discusses them in a modern way. This research shows the extent of applicability in adopting contracts in a modern way. This topic discusses issues related to important aspects in the daily lives of Muslims, which are aspects of personal status. Islamic jurisprudence is a legitimate and big thing for people, and it is closely related to safety and preservation. Knowing the stipulations about marriage are important in life, and it has a huge impact in caring for offspring. Today, some people are unaware of the new rules in contemporary issues in marriage through modern methods of communication. Lack of knowledge about the provisions of marriage causes damage to the marriage contract.
