Abstract

This study aims to indicate the role of rules of jurisprudence and the status of the base (certainty does not fade with skepticism), And the efforts made by the scholars of jurists to clarify the rules branching from this rule, and the jurisprudential branches under it and the exceptions and achievements that come to it, with the focus of the research on the aspect of worship. This research, relied on the library study, reviewed various scientific books in order to find adequate answers to the questions raised by this research. The researcher also used the inductive and analytical method, especially when it was presented to analyze the jurisprudential issues related to this rule. The study reached some results, the most important of which are: The rule of (certainty does not fade with skepticism) has a prominent position and of utmost importance in Islam as it represents a large proportion of issues in Islamic jurisprudence.
