الضوابط الشرعية في التجارة: دراسة مقارنة بين الفقة الإسلامي والقانون البروناوي

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is for the public’s knowledge of Shariah control in trade in the Courts of Brunei to explain the laws and cases related to Trade in the Courts and the Code of Brunei. This thesis is divided into 3 chapters. The first chapter contains 2 parts, the first on the basics of Islamic economic doctrine and the second on trade and its importance in Islam. Then the second chapter contains 3 parts that will explain about morality in trade. The last chapter contains two parts, the first is licensing for finance companies and business rules. Finally, the conclusion of the thesis and In Sha Allah of this paper can help the community to know the Trade in Brunei courts.
