This academic training is one of the important topics that we need to get used to, especially for married couples. If one of the spouses does not have any knowledge of the defects inherent in their spouse, it will affect their marital relationship and thus, it will directly affect their offspring, and that is one of the most important goals in marriage. Therefore, this academic training intends to provide an in -depth insight into recognizing the prevalent defects that represent themselves in marital relationships. The research method in this academic training is inspired by the books of Islamic fiqh of four schools, including the Hanafi, Maliki, Syafi'e and Hanbali schools. Similarly, this academic training will highlight various methods of comparison by quoting the opinions of the jurists of the four schools and the opinions they agree on. This is intrinsically done by taking various evidences from the Qur’an and the Hadith of An Nabawi. This academic training is divided into three chapters. The first chapter of Marriage in Islamic Sharia. Then the second chapter of defects which allows for the annulment of a marriage and the third chapter in turn discusses the Effect of annulment by defects.en_US
