dc.description.abstractThe problem with the research is that Bruni Darussalam has a law on involvement in murder. This law is the Syariah penal Code order Code 2013. This research therefore aims to demonstrate the fact that the murder was involved and punished in the jurisprudence and Legal criminal law of 2013. In this research, the researcher uses the descriptive approach, referencing the library for doctrinal and other books to find out the provisions relating to the involvement of murder, as well as referencing the Syariah Penal Code Order 2013 for legal information on participation in murder. One of the most important consequences of this research is that the penalty for participating in murder is therefore to attribute to the perpetrators a punishable forbidden act, and if the act attributed to them is not punishable, there is no crime and therefore no participation. penalties provided for in Brunei's Shariah Criminal Code, which include However, the retribution, a fine and imprisonment.en_US
