Abstract

It is an obligation of Islamic law to know more about what is the meaning of divorce and what are the causes of divorce. Because this separation often occurs between husband and wife, Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala has set the law of divorce so that His people can avoid it by taking the best measures such as having a peaceful, peaceful marriage and always be grateful for the favors he gives. This study will discuss the complaints of reasons for divorce that have been issued by the Brunei Family Advisory Services Division (BKNK) because the court has no relevant statistics. Although the statistics of the reasons for this divorce are only based on complaints, but not all marriages submitted to the Family Advisory Services Division can be saved. However, most of it can lead to divorce if there is no agreement between the husband and wife to save the marriage bond even though it has been complained to the Family Counseling Services. So, it is important for us to know how to overcome this. and I will discuss only 3 types of reasons for divorce.
