dc.description.abstract | This research discusses the rights of widows and orphans in
Islamic jurisprudence. He explained the importance in Islamic
jurisprudence of the rights of these widows and orphans, past and
present, in terms of their care and the need to preserve them in
accordance with Islamic law. Islam urges the provision of care
and care for orphans and overwhelms them with love, affection
and serenity, and forbids any form of abuse of their rights. As for
the widow, she is the one who has lost her husband. She needs to
be observed because she is weak and the needs of women are
many, delicate and sublime. The one who takes care of the widow
who lost her husband, who used to comfort her, take care of her,
spend on him and live with him, who takes care of her after him.
Among these rights are also his right to life, lineage, breastfeeding, custody, guardianship, sponsorship, his financial rights,
his right to mercy, love, and emotional satisfaction, his right to
education, discipline, education, play, God and other rights for
which I have devoted separate chapters and sections in this
research. | en_US |
