Abstract

This study is being conducted to see the relationship between entrepreneurial competence and human capital development among UNISSA students. This study aims to identify the level of entrepreneurial propensity among UNISSA (local) students as well as to examine the level of characteristics of self-entrepreneurial competence that exist in them. And the main purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the characteristics of entrepreneurial competence with human capital development among UNISSA students (local).
