Adultry (Zina) in Islam and in The Context of Brunei Darussalam: Legal Analysis

Abstract

This search paper will cover the development of Islamic Laws in Brunei, the development of Islamic law before and after the coming of British intervention to Brunei Darussalam. This research will also discuss the concept of adultery (zina) in the Shariah Law, and also in the context of Brunei Darussalam. The research will further examine other issues relating to adultery such as rape, sodomy and also incest. In conculsion, this project will provide the overall picture of the concept of adultery in Islam and also in the context of Brunei Darussalam.
