Abstract

This study is about surah At-Thalaaq and Syari'ah Laws explained in it. The laws are Divorce, Iddah, Expense and Rujuk. It aims to identify these laws according to Tafsir of Surah St-Thalaaq. This study used library research in order to gather informations and references material regarding this topic, especially books about Tafsir, Fiqh and others. Through this study, it has shown that divorce is not prohibited according to Islamic Syari'ah Law eventhough it is not preffered by Allah.
