Abstract

This research addresses the issue of permission and its importance in the development of the Muslim community (thematic interpretive study) by collecting the verses related to the issue of permission from various places in the Holy Quran and extract some elements after studying the verses in all its aspects as to outline for this research through and sub-chapters. This research claimed that the study of asking permission and its ethics have the effective ability to raise human morality to a high level of taking into account the rights and privacy of others, especially when entering into other people's homes which shows with certainty that Islam has a great interest in human rights, regardless of their religious affiliations. This research discovers there are rights and etiquette that must be observed when dealing with individuals, family, and community. If all these factors do not be observed rightly the unity of the nation will not be achieved which aims to establish a state with a vision ((A territory fair and happy, and a Lord Oft-Forgiving))
