Abstract
This project paper intended to discuss the theory and practice of Islamic morality. In the Islamic world, the first human of a perfect character and morals that comes to the mind of Muslims is Prophet Muhammad Sallahu 'Alaihi Wassalam was also known as al-Amin, a true character before he ascends to be the last messenger of Allah. His attitude is much corroborated with the trust of the people around him. Because of the true nature of the Prophet, his wife, Khadijah, was the first to accept and embrace Islam. From then on, the Prophet Muhammad Sallahu 'Alaihi Wassalam began preaching as is well known, and since then the characters and personality of the Prophet Muhammad were seen during preaching such as being patient when facing difficulties and pain, not being rude when speaking, and abide by the order and laws of Allah which were revealed unto him. In practice, the Prophet is a teacher who has been successful in delivering his message to the people of ignorance about culture and transform them into a civilized society that has contributed to today's modern world. In addition, one of the success factors of the Prophet's preaching is because of his personality and noble character that has touched the hearts of many people, thus allowing Islam to be widely accepted. so, this will be explained in this paper about morality in Islam and its factors, the moral theory that led to the success of Islamic preaching. This paper will also describe preaching in Brunei to reveal clearly the success of the message of Islam through the efforts of Muslim missionaries in Brunei Darussalam
