dc.description.abstractThis research aims to identify the issues of marriage via internet according the Islamic Perspective. The researcher follows the inductive method of the definition, law and relating to the topic of argument. The research begins with the definition of the marriage and the definition of the internet then statements of validity and discretion, the decision and the date of documents in written forms. The research also discusses the subject of verification to the marriage contracts. Today, marriage contracts are in accordance with the development of ime and technology such as the implementation of the marriage contract of the media and internet. Wedding through the internet have been done by a handful of people because of the distance between the two parties which are not allow to meet directly. This research presents some effective solution to avoid problems that may arise in the future. The conclusion of this research is that Islam encourages the ummah to marry at a young age and for those who want to make a marriage via the internet, they need to understand the concept of the marriage and to know the terms and the law relating to the marriage via the internet itself.en_US
