الإعجاز التشريعي لنظام المواريث في القرآن الكريم: دراسة تفسيرية موضوعية تطبيقية (إندونيسيا نموذجا)

Abstract

This research deals with one of the miraculous topics, which is the miraculous side of legislation in Islamic Inheritance. I started the first part explaining the meaning of miracle and illustrating the miracle of prophet (peace be upon Him), then I mentioned some sides of the miraculous nature of the holy Quran. I turned in the second part to talk about the miraculous side of Islamic Inheritance in it's basis and aims. I pointed to some issues that Islamic legislation maintained in Inheritance which indicate the great wisdom that characterize Islamic legislation. In the third part to talk about history of The Indonesia Law specially in Indonesia Inheritance Law from Independence day of Indonesia era till now. In the end of part, finally mentioned some evidences of the rules of inheritance which are the full wisdom and justice. The most important aspects of the legislative miracles in the Holy Quran is legislation for some other privileged system in the distribution of inheritance, only in three verses in the Holy Quran, An-Nisaa: ١١, ١٢ and ١٧٦, in same language that addresses the mind and conscience. The Islamic Inheritance is Constant Law that do not accept change and applicable in all environments till hereafter and its heartbreaking public wealth and stacked them in the hands of people without the others.
