Abstract

This research is about muamalah through online where the writer will focus her research on online shopping. This research will be about Islamic Laws related to shopping through online. The purpose of this research is to know the importance of obeying the Islamic Laws and knowing the benefits or convenience provided by the modern day transaction. The way of writing this research is by reading the ulama’s perspective about purchasing goods and by survey, where the writer had handed over 50 questionnaire particularly for students at University Islam Sultan Sharif Ali. The result of this research will state whether shopping through online is allowed or prohibited and what are the regulations in order not to contradict with the Islamic Laws.
