dc.description.abstractThis research is done due to the lack of public knowledge about the rights of orphans in Islam. This research focuses on the rights of orphans in Islam and what is related to the care and order to keep their rights as to their personalities and civilization, to develop their abilities, to guide them, to discipline and to advise them to become a better person in society. The purpose of this research is to explain the meaning of orphans and their types, also to explain and decide on the rights in terms of their personality rights; such as rights related to birth, life, breastfeeding, childcare, care, welfare, and their civilization rights such as the right to care, and property, maintenance, charity, love and kindness to them, tarbiyah and education and in education; and explain the opinion recognized by Islam in accordance with the Qur'an, the hadith and the words of the scholars'. The method used in this research is explanation and analysis. The results that I can get in this research are these rights are common for every child, but in this right, fortified to orphans because of their loneliness and weaknesses to preserve their rights. Islam is very concerned in the pursuit of orphans to become a powerful, capable and beneficial person in society like ordinary children.en_US
