dc.description.abstract | An investment is defined as an asset that individuals and firms buy in order to obtain income now or in the future. This research aims to explain the reality of investment and its importance and the rule of investment in Islamic jurisprudence and investment controls. The method used in this research is the descriptive analytical approach, by tracking the scientific material from jurisprudential sources and from books specialized in investment, and collecting them and then classifying them under the chapters of the research. The research is based on three chapters: The first chapter is the concept of investment, which includes the definition of investment in terms of language, convention, and economics. This chapter also explains the types of investment, its goals, its importance, and the purposes of Islamic law for investment. The second chapter talks about the legality of investing from an Islamic perspective, including the significance of the texts of the Noble Qur’an, the Sunnah of the Prophet and the mental evidence mentioned in this research. And the third chapter talks about investment controls in Islam, which is explained in this chapter in a statement of the legitimate project in terms of contractual controls, ethical and social controls. The research reached results, the most important of which is that developing and investing money is one of the five essentials, and that jurists have been interested in investing in old and new, and that investing in Islamic jurisprudence must be strictly controlled by Shariah-related controls . | en_US |
