| dc.description.abstract | In this research, the researcher will discuss about fasik and its law in fiqh islam. This research specializes in laws of fasik in two topic of fiqh ibadat which is in prayers and zakat, and the research is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter, the researcher discusses the meaning of fasik. In the second chapter, the researcher explain about fasik and its law in prayer. Then in the third or last chapter, explain about fasik and its law in zakat. The researcher methods used in this research are to read and refer to the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the prophets, and books of fiqh and other books related to them in the library or internet. | en_US |
