| dc.description.abstract | This research is divided into two parts. In the first section, the author discusses the understanding of Hermaphrodite in terms of Syara’ and medical which includes all the definitions, their divisions, their existence and the signs of identifying these groups and a little introduction of the Mukhannath group. The second part deals with the problems of fiqh law faced by the Hermaphrodite. The author will discuss issues related to worship, personal and criminal matters. The purpose of the selection of this title is because most people today do not understand the situation experienced by Hermaphrodite especially in the chapters of Fiqh Islam. Therefore, there is a need to know more about this issue of Hermaphrodite. This source of research is the result of discussions with university’s supervisor, teachers and others references and resources related to this topic. And with the permission of Allah S.W.T, may we obtain additional knowledge from Him and all the good that comes from Him, while the bad ones come from ourselves. | en_US |
