Abstract

This research aims to identify the marriage contract by modern means of communication, and the researcher follows the method by reading Arabic, Malay and English fiqh books in the library, and reading the topic from the Internet to reach the mentioned goal, and the researcher will also hold a personal interview with the teachers in this topic to understand well. The rule of marriage contract by modern means of communication is divided into two parts: the first by the Khotib and the second by Katibah. Not all people in Brunei know the existence of a marriage contract through modern social media and this marriage contract is not clear in Brunei, so I searched for the marriage contract through modern communication, God willing, this research will help people to research and know this marriage contract.
