Abstract

This research aims to study the laws of property in Islam and to explain the laws and issues related to property. This research covers property laws related to ways of acquiring property and laws related to them and researchers also explain the laws of acquiring property in an unillegal way and in illegal way and the law providing for it and this research also explains the law of investing in Islamic property in relation to the law of investing waqf and zakat property and all these laws are accompanied by the opinions of fuqaha and Ulama with their arguments then comparing fuqaha opinions to get the strongest opinions. Researchers use analysis and reading methods in writing this paper and the main materials were taken from fiqih books and for the secondary were taken from data and information in magazines, journals, scientific studies related to this paper. The result of this research is on the researcher's focus on understanding Islamic laws related to property management.
