dc.description.abstract | This research aims to consider the most important objectives of the sharia (Maqasidh Shariah) that the Association of All Ceylon Jammiyatul Ulama has issued in their legal opinion (Fatwas). This study is essentially a desk study based on the comparative analytical descriptive approach. Where the researcher translates the legal opinion (Fatwas) of the All Ceylon Jammiyatul Ulama from the Tamil language to the Arabic language as described by the All Ceylon Jammiyatul Ulama. In addition, study that legal opinion (Fatwas) analytically compared to the four schools. Then consider how they considerate the objectives of sharia in their schools. The study concluded that the All Ceylon Jammiyatul Ulama was very considerate in its legal opinion (Fatwas) the wisdom and its objectives of sharia (Maqasidh Shariah). This is clearly reflected in the nature of the assets upon which the All Ceylon Jammiyatul Ulama was done. Moreover, built many of its legal opinion on the origin of bridging excuses, it is a consideration in order to bring profit and prevent evil. The Objectives of sharia (Maqasidh Shariah) raise in the legal opinion (Fatwas) of the All Ceylon Jammiyatul Ulama through observance of the spirit of the sharia and it has investigated by facilitation and embarrassment in many of its legal opinion (Fatwas). The All Ceylon Jammiyatul Ulama also sought in its legal opinion (Fatwas) has to achieve the five faculties of the preservation of religion, self, honor, money and descendants. | en_US |
