Abstract

In this research, the researcher will discuss about ijarah and its law in Fiqh Islam. This research specializes in laws of ijarah law in Fiqh Islam and the research is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter, the researcher discusses the meaning of ijarah. In the second chapter, the researcher explains about ijarah and its law in Fiqh Islam. Then in the third or last chapter, explain about Fiqh Islam and its law in Brunei. The researcher methods used in this research are to read and refer to the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the prophets, and books of Fiqh and other books related to them in the library or internet. In this research, I will be used Hire Purchase Order, 2006, Section 44.
