dc.description.abstractThis research aims to look at the applications of Islamic banks in companies to know the extent of their applications and provisions. Are these companies in Islamic banks equal to how companies in Islamic jurisprudence or not? The study is essentially a library study based on the descriptive analytical approach. Where the researcher shows the types and provisions of companies in Islamic jurisprudence, the types of companies in Islamic banks and their applications and the sayings of jurists in some matters related to companies in Islamic banks. The result off the study shows that Islamic Banks use the main method according to the syirkah in Islamic Jurisprudence. These methods are done by gathering and mixing all the participants in syirkah capitals then all the revenue and loss acquire from the syirkah will be divided fairly according to the ratio that had been agreed upon. All of these methods which are applied in Islamic Banks are not against the Syaria Islamic Law which resulting that is it permissible and halal to do so. At the end of this research, I hope this research is able to benefit the honorable readers.en_US
