dc.description.abstract | The problem of research in the lack of knowledge of the community and the people of Brunei enabled the patient's provisions in worship. This topic concerns all groups of society, such as scholars, judges, preachers, doctors and individuals. Among them are scholars of jurisprudence, muftis and judges for the great number of incidents and issues of worship. And doctors have many cases of people with diseases differs from dealing with them because of the views of doctors. This research aims to help the community to understand about the patient's provisions and training in daily life. The method of research is the inductive method, by extrapolating the sayings of the jurists in the statement of the patient's rulings on worship. And the analytical approach by analyzing and explaining the words of the Shafi'i doctrine only. The most important results of the research is the license is the relaxation of Islamic law to allow Muslims to perform worship because of the emergency. Humans are weak and always face a test of life. God shows a license as a gift to his servants. The license is also the tolerance of the Creator to its creation. | en_US |
