Abstract
The mixing of men and women in the Muslim community has begun over the last few decades, under the influence of Westerners. This causes the mix between theses two genders to the norm of today and its rule are now being forgotten, ignored and neglected. By utilising the method of inductive, deductive, analytical and practical for the topic of 'Mixing between men and women and its rule according to the Sharia Law', researcher finds that there is a lot of information that are needed to be taken seriously by our people, such as: the main rule of mixing between men and women is illegal based on the verses of the Holy Qur'an and the hadith of the Preophet. This is due to its harmful effects. However, there are certain regulations and conditions that enable the mix between these two genders and are not contradict with the Sharia Law. This rule will always change from legal to illegal or vice versa, in accordance to the circumstances faced by someone. Thus, it is hoped that this research will open the readers' minds and hearts by understanding, benefiting, practicing and spreading it to the others.
