الدعوة الإسلامية المعاصرة في إندونيسيا في ضوء سورة الكهف: دراسة موضوعية
Abstract
In the history, Islamic da'wa undergoes at least three phases: weak phase. kafaah phase (when the preachers have same resources with the object) and tamkeen phase (when they have the power). Allah SWT has provided the guidance and method to overcome each of the phase through out three stories in Surah Al Kahf: Ashabul Kahf, the garden owner, and Zulkarnain. This research aims to analyze the methods thematically and apply it to Muslims in modern Indonesia, to determine their exact phase. Analysis is done by collecting data about Muslim's presentation in the big ethnics, then about the preaching institution and the influential event in Islamic preaching in modern history. The conclusion highlights that Muslims in modern Indonesia are in kafaah Phase, whiches implies they must use the dialogue method with the best way to portray argument, and the are not allow to hide their identity, since there are nothing to be afraid of, even if they are in minority. The phases are dynamic all increasing and decreasing, it may up when the Muslims are strong. However, challenges is bigger in muslims minority, because it may degraded them into weak phase. To precaution it, they have to take the cause of upgrade and avoid the cause of decandace.
