أحكام استعمال المنتجات التجميلية المختلطة بالنجاسة والأشياء الخطيرة في الفقه الإسلامي

Abstract

Islam love the tidiness and beauty but this research aims to identify the lack of knowledge on knowing the type of cosmetic products that have been used by the women if its combined with the stools or bring harmful to the user and also the effects on using it during performs solah. In this research will also explain about the opinion of the Ulama of Feqh about using this type of cosmetic products whereas it’s focusing on women and the student whom performing research about these topics. This research has been using the method of reading and analysis. The method of reading is through reading all the books of Feqh that have related with the topics and researches that have in the libraries, research through the webs is also needed in addition. Meanwhile, analysis method is about reading and makes analysis about the Ulama opinions that have related with the topics and choose the right opinion according to the Syara’. This research contains four phrases: Introduction, the explanation about the meaning of cosmetic products and its type, the laws of using cosmetic products that have been mixed with the stools and harmful according to Feqh Islam, and the method of Fiqhiyyah in specify the laws of using these cosmetic products. Last but not least, these researches can be concluded few things such as: things that are harmful to the users are not allowed to used and if the users want to perform solah he or she have to clean it first with the water.
