dc.description.abstractThe guarantee is one of the most important personal insurance that serves the interest of both the creditor and the debtor. It is in the interest of the debtor to obtain what he needs from the creditor by facilitating his credit process and also to reassure the creditor that someone can promise to pay. This paper deals with sponsorship in Islamic jurisprudence and the law or Brunei. In this research I will clarify and explain the provisions of the sponsorship in the transactions of Islamic jurisprudence and the law only. In this research, I will be used Criminal Procedure Code Chapter 7, and the Islamic Religious Council Act and the Courts Judgment Chapter 77.en_US
