Allah s.w.t. has determined the law and the way of division in the inheritance among heirs, with the aim of giving justice to all levels of heirs and avoiding fights among them. Islam is very concerned about the distribution of the deceased's estate by defining some of its matters. These matters are important to safeguard the property of the deceased from the occurrence of any irregularities in its distribution to the heirs. However, before the distribution is to be settled all the rights concerned with the estate. In the Islamic law, prior to the allocation of inheritance to the heirs, it must first settle the rights relating to al-tārikah. In this thesis will be explained the concept of property which involves the rights related to the inheritance of a deceased Muslim, before the inheritance is divided into heirs according to Shariah.en_US
