Abstract

This research aims to identify the issue of Islamic legal issues in the context of personal circumstances related to the suspicions which prevent the implementation of Hudud. The researcher follows the inductive method in terms of definition, divisions of suspicions, types, etc., which relate to this subject. The search begins by defining the meaning of suspicions in terms of language and convention, and then the divisions of suspicions as well as the types of suspicions. This research also discusses the prevention of Hudud which are related to the eligibility and property. It is very important for the society generally to comprehend in depth the rules contained in the exclusion of Hudud in accordance with certain laws before executing the Hudud sentence perfectly to facilitate the Judge to punish fairly. Finally, this paper presents some effective solutions to avoid current problems.
