نظرية العمران ودورها في تحقيق رؤية بروناي 2035م
Abstract
Umran theory is the development theory introduced by Islamic thinker Ibn Khaldun through the science of' ‘Umran which is described in detail in the “Muqaddimah” aiming to solve the problems faced by Muslims and Islamic countries for real development. This study will discuss the theory of ‘Umran, Brunei Nation, the Malay Islamic Monarchy philosophy, Zikir Nation and Brunei Vision 2035. This study aims to identify the ‘Umran theory as a balanced development reference, revealing the strengthening factors of the Malay Islamic Monarchy philosophy, Zikir Nation and success of Brunei Vision 2035. Researcher uses descriptive, analysis and chronology methods to achieve these objectives. Based on the results of the study, many factors are taken into account in the success of Brunei Vision 2035. This Vision requires an integrated development reference that is relevant to the Malay Islamic Monarchy philosophy and Zikir Nation to offset the development between spiritual and physical. The findings also found that moral guarantees strategy should be applied in Brunei Vision 2035's strategy to create courtesy to strengthen human resource by 2035.
