Abstract
This research is aimd to analyse the reforming and beneficial aspects of the stories of the prophets peace be upon them. In particular, stories of prophet Suhaib peace be upon him. Where his story comprises of three good aspects, namely: the creed aspect, economical aspects and ethical aspects. Reform one of the Islamic goals and great objectives, without it it spreads market corruption, individual problems, enmity, disagreements and warr among people. Its absence also leads to family distabilization, societial problem and other problems.in order to distant all these effects and rectify them, the prophets and messangers are sent in which prophet shuhaib was one of them.His peoples status appears to be void in these three aspects mentioned. especially, the economic aspect which leads them in reducing weights and scales , stealing, grabing and breaking through roads and collecting peoples property etc. Prophet shuaib started the reform by eloquent style approach, though his people didn’t compromise, the insist on their sins, and on the act of mocking at him and threatning to kill him till Allah (swt) perished them, and for economic crimes its not limited to them only but to those who came after them in different ways.The researcher adopts the objective study in order to clarify what the people of prohet Shuhaib committed in crime. In particular, economical crime. After that the researcher implements the comparative approach to juxtapose the economic aspect of his people and the and the contemporary economic issues because if economic forms is changed to the modern forms , the prohibition reason will be equal, which are uncertainty, unknow goods causing harm to others. After that the researcher touches the beneficial way in relation to the modern ways and well systemised market procedures and real price determination and the prohibitted sales from it in line with the modern practice and moral laws in sales and purchase
