Abstract
This research aims to show the stories of non-prophets in the Qur'an, with lessons learned from those stories, especially those related to the reformation of the individual and society from polytheism and bad morals towards monotheism and good morals and integrity. It also aims to clarify the stories of israyiliyaat which people think that it is true but not. The researcher explained that the stories are not limited to two types, but rather they are three: the Stories of the Prophets, the stories of the non-Prophets, and the stories that occurred during the time of the Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him. This study has included seventeen stories, namely: the story of a person who passed a certain village, the story of the wife of Imran and Mariam, the story of the two sons of prophet Adam peace be upon him, the story of the people who did not comply with the rules of the yawmus sabt (Saturday), the story of who sloughed from the Allah’s direction(Ayyat), the story of the covenant with Allah, the story of the three who were boycotted, the story of the companions of the cave, and the story of the two owners of gardens, and the story of Zul qarnain with Ya-ajuuj and Ma-juuj, the story of fabrication(falsehood), and the story of Qaruun, the story of Luqman, the story of the village owners, the story of the wife of Pharaoh, the story of owners of the garden, the story of the groove owners. The researcher has followed the method of the subjective analysis of the Quranic verses, by collect the verses contains the story in one place, identify the elements and solving the problems faced in order to establish a united subject, and to clarify the weak narrations with the support of the books of takhriij, jarh and atta-adiil), which are used to identify the narrations that have no place in the report of reality, and also added high levels of integrity which raise a person towards the reformation of the society which intends to build a state with the motto “A territory fair and happy, and a Lord, oft-forgiving!” (51:43)
