dc.description.abstractThis project paper is about the level of argument of the rules of the underlying reason in the opinion of the Syafi'e. This project paper is also aimed at adding and expanding knowledge in general and facilitating special researchers. The study contains three chapter, the first chapter explaining the concept of Sadd al- Dharai’. The important decision that can be understood in this first chapter is, Sadd al- Dharai’ is the way to something that either brings damage or not in terms of deeds and conversation. While the second chapter explains about the type of Saad al-Dharai’ and the opinions by Mazhab Syafi’e. As described in the problem of grape cultivation which is according to the other Mazhab says, it is illegal to be planted, as the result can process wine. The third chapter explains the establishment of Mazhab Syafi’e connected with Sadd al-Dharai’. In this chapter explains how important it is to know every understanding of the problem with Sadd al- Dharai’, and also the establishment of Mazhab Syafi’e according to Sadd al- Dharai’. Therefore, this study will present and explain more about the Sadd al-Dharai’, so that the public will know and understand about it deeply.en_US
