dc.description.abstract | Indeed, the ‘Hudud’ law is a judgment which is done by an authority appointed to hear and solve cases in law courts. It is called ‘hudud’ because the first one to generate this law is not us, the human being, but it was generated by Allah Ta’ala Himself. The penalizations of this law are mentioned by Allah in the Holy Quran. In Islamic law or Shar’ie, hudud usually refers to the class of punishment that are fired for certain crimes that are considered to be “claims of God”. So to perform this law correctly as Allah commands us, the law officers and judges must know about extenuation and abortion of this law if somehow one day, there is a case that is very difficult to be solved and need in depth and detailed judgment because cannot judge the case half heartedly. If we make mistake in a judgment due to our own oblivious, we are the one to be judged by Allah Ta’ala Himself in hereafter. To know about this law’s extenuation and abortion it is through procedure law ) طرق الإثبات ( which are mentioned by Shariat law. At this moment, Brunei government is on her way to perform this hudud’s law. Brunei wants to return this Islamic law back to its original place. | en_US |
