لحم الحيوان فيما لا نص فيه: دراسة فقهية مقارنة
Abstract
This research aims to identify the meat of animals which have not been identified by the Nas in
Al-Quran and As Sunnah. It includes Halal food which is permitted for us to eat and Haram
food which is forbidden for us to eat. Therefore, this research will discuss about the legal ruling
and the perspectives views of Ulama Mazahibul Arbaah. In terms of food, every muslim must
know the resources and every details of it, including distinguishing between Halal and Haram.
As a result, there are its advantages and disadvantages. In Islam, for those who eats Haram food
one would not tend to obey Allah, harms the body and mind, neglects prayers and easily accepts
the temptation of devils. On the other side, for those who eats Halal food, would obey Allah,
gifted with a healthy body and mind and also prayers are often answered by Allah. In this
research, it is divided into three chapters, chapter one discusses about the concept of living
animals and its categories. The second chapter discusses about the meaning of meat: its concept,
advantages and disadvantages. In chapter three, it discusses about concept in the meaning of Nas
and identifying the meat of animal which does not have Nas about it. In addition, this paper
includes the concept of Qaul Rajih in every discussion with the perspective view of Ulama
Mazahibul Arbaah.
