Abstract

Crime in the past as well as now is already became a thing that always occur in many places. This is because the crime is driven by human lust itself which is good and bad comes from themselves. This means that the Crime is not the same as the disease that has always have been an antidote. But for a crime, prevention is a good thing to do by making a punishment for every offense so they will prevent from doing crime. So in this case, the sentences imposed on our Brunei Darussalam Countries are in accordance with the Brunei Act and Sharia Law.
