Abstract: This research is about the provisions of the adoption in Islam. In this topic, the writer is focusing two main points, firstly is about the factors and causes that lead to the adoption, secondly is about the rules that is related to the adoption.This research is very essential for helping students in this university and also the Islamic community in this country in general to understand more about the adoption and their conditions and provisions in Islam as if it is happened to occur in their family. Moreover, this study of adoption help people to know the adoption procedures and understands the adoption rights. The sources or methods that are used in this writing are by referring The Holy Quran, books of tafseer and hadith, books of Islamic law and any other religious books including books that are relevant to this title, whether they are Arabic, Malay or English books are used to gain more informations about this topic.This research consists of three sections; Part I explains the concept of adoption, history and the rules while the factors that lead to the adoption are explained in the second part. At the end of the research is including the stated responsibilities adoptions between the adoptee and the adopter, their duties and prerogatives that must be done between them.
