| Abstract: | This research discusses the hadd punishment of sirqah. The purpose of this research is to deepen the understanding of the hadd punishment of sirqah in Syariah laws and Syariah Penal Code 2013 and expose them to the students of Sultan Sharif Ali Islam University (UNISSA). The methodology of this research is through reference to fiqh in Arabic, Malay and English. The conclusion is that, knowing this is very important nowadays, but in reality there are a lot of people especially Muslims who do not realize and understand the hadd punishment of sirqah according to Syariah laws and Syariah Penal Code 2013. |
