Abstract

This research focuses in the atonement of zihar and its law in the Islamic Fiqh. It aims to explain the importance of the atonement of zihar and its law in the life of a married couple. This is because there are some people who are less familiar and less aware of the act zihar which is regarded as a small matter. Therefore, this research gives answer to some of the questions that is related to zihar. This research is based on reading method to gather information or scientific articles from reviewing many sources and references. As well as legal issue to analys and dealing with scientific subjects.
