Abstract

Marriage is one of the important syari’a in Islam and Allah SWT has charges it with rules and pillars that must be fulfilled.Islam has obligates women with dowry which is one of their rights that must be conducted according to human’s desires in every ages and place.Islam has also outlined the law of dowry in Islam which intended to secure the rights of Islamic women.This Academic Exercise will be discussing about dowry from Islamic perspectives and its essential conditions for a legal marriage according to fuqaha’s point of views .It is divided into different parts and rates. There is also some of fiqhiyyah issues that are related to Islamic dowry laws and married couples conflicts in Islamic dowry that are included in this Academic Exercise, together with its proofs and according to fuqaha’s strongest opinions and views.
